- Is it really a one-off payment?
- Yes. You pay for the gift once and it stays online. There is no subscription and no renewal invoice a year later.
- What does Premium actually unlock?
- The editor without guardrails — reorder or hide scenes, set your own colours and type, control the pace of the animation, and add video and voice notes. It also removes our footer.
- Can I edit it after I send it?
- Yes. Changes go live on the same link, so you can fix a typo after they have already opened it.
- Can I keep it private?
- Every gift is on an unguessable link that we never index. You can add a password on top, and schedule it so it only opens at a particular moment.
- What if they hate it?
- Tell us within 7 days of purchase and we will refund it, as long as the gift has not been opened more than a handful of times.
