A licence to create and host one digital gift page, on the tier you paid for. Payment is per gift, once, with no recurring charge.

The photos, writing, audio and video you upload remain entirely yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store that content and to display it to the people you share the gift with.

That you have the right to upload what you upload. Please do not use GiftForYou for material you do not hold the rights to, for anything unlawful, or to harass or impersonate someone.

We may remove a gift that breaches this, and will tell you why if we do.

We intend to keep bought gifts online indefinitely. If we ever had to stop running the service, we would give at least 90 days’ notice and provide a way to export your gift before anything was switched off.

We work hard to keep the service available but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the gift concerned.
