Refunds

If the gift is not what you hoped for, email us within 7 days of buying it and we will refund you.

The gift should not already have been opened more than a handful of times. A page that has been viewed repeatedly has done the job it was bought for, and we cannot take that back.

Email hello@giftforyou.app from the address you bought with, and include the gift link. We do not require a reason.

We process refunds within 3 working days. Your bank or card issuer usually takes another 5 to 7 for the money to appear.
